Reimbursement for CFA
Just out of curiosity, for those of you in IBD, have you talked to your boss/HR about reimbursement of professional exams like CFA? Wonder what current policies are at different banks. Thanks

You can ask but they (IBD) sure as hell won't reimburse you for stuff like CFA or CAIA or anything that doesn't help the business.
Maybe only AMs that have a bunch of CFAs and want to put (we have xx number of CFAs at the firm).
i.e. they will only reimburse you if you can spin it that it will help you help the business in the short/long term.
