Repe to trading
Long story short I took a good repe gig right out of college and am pretty bored. I am paid very handsomely and have carry in our funds, I simply don’t love the work. I find myself reading about markets during all of my downtime at work and trading in my pa. I find rates, vol, and equity derivatives super interesting but don’t know a single soul that works in any of those worlds. Has anyone here ever made the switch into trading from the complete outside? If not, any general suggestions on breaking in? Thanks monkeys.
