Required skills/qualities for investment bank???

Hello, I'm a new member of this forum.

I am studying economics in Bath, and my dream job is Investment bank/PE/VC, I want to know what should I do further based on my existing background?

Edu: Asian top 50 Uni, BA of economics; Bath, MSc of economics.

Job/Intern: Big 4 (Asia) for 4 years (senior-in-charge, many IPO/M&A experiences, got high-performance), Management trainee of a traditional bank.

Is Bath's master enough for me to seek a job of IBD/PE/VC in London? or should I read additional MBA/PhD of tier 1 target school?

Is my work experience persuasive? or should I find more intern in IB/PE/VC before I apply for a formal job in London?

Last, which tier of the IBD/PE/VC is more suitable for me? e.g.?
