Resources for preparing for summer analyst stint

I'm an incoming summer analyst at a middle market bank in industrials. I'm in the process of reading pearl and rosenbaum and planning on doing Wall Street Prep's excel, DCF, and LBO courses. Are there any other resources (books, podcasts, courses, industry primers, etc) you guys would recommend for prep?

WSP PowerPoint CC was very very helpful, make sure you get really familiar with shortcuts and have a QAT layout you can use well.
Also, try to sign up for a few newsletters keeping you up to date on your coverage industry (I’m in a niche coverage that I didn’t know super well beforehand so may not be as applicable to you) - but make sure you know the firms in your space, trends, and don’t waste all your time with learning about players outside of your firm’s range. If you are at a MM firm, check the deals your group has done and find some market maps or comps to understand who else you guys might work with and know their business.

Get your alcohol tolerance up so you can crush a happy hour without embarrassing yourself. Also practice excel / ppt while tipsy, it’s key to get comfortable working in that zone

Listen to earnings calls, investor days and conferences in your coverage area. Great to get familiar with the players and what their current situation/focus areas are - obviously you won't be pitching ideas to anyone but it's helpful to go in knowing Competitor A is the leader in the space, Competitor B is struggling after their recent M&A deal, Competitor C just added a new product line etc
