I'm supposed to run a IM to restructure a company's debt (loan haircut) and to conduct some liability management.
Does anyone have any templates to refer to? I've been doing M&A and IPO for 2 years but it would be the first time I've had a go at such a product group.

Yes I'm going to make a Information Memorandum for a company that just became distressed. Currently, LTV > 120%. The information memorandum would be used to find both lenders and equity investors.
It's my first restructuring deal and unfortunately the company im working for just expanded their product line to offer restructuring. Hence, I don't have any references to fall back on.
