Incoming SA at a MM firm, how do return offer probabilities differ from those at BB? Seems like MM teams are smaller and there may be only one or two other interns in a specific coverage group with you, does this mean most groups are just pitting interns against each other purposefully and that only one gets the spot? Seems like BB's have higher chances just cause of larger teams. Just curious if anyone has experience with this, thank you!
