Hey guys I was just wondering what the pay is as a merger/risk arb trader at a HF and at an investment bank? ( i heard there are some nice groups at I-banks). Also are these desks a lot more harder to acheive than to take the PE route? (This is all supposing you want to leave your IBD analyst stint).
