You were a caddy? WTF man no chance in hell. Better off applying to ops at Stifel.
Hopefully you can take up space with more examples of relevant experience than caddying.
In my interview--and mind you, this was with a shit Private Equity firm, and I have no clue if I got the fucking job--they brought up my Walmart employment during college, as an example of working and studying. Mind you, this is just my experience.
Yep remove the student tutor and caddying and make the vertical space less cramped
