anyone have any insight on what questions they ask for Rothschild first round? i heard it was very technical...

I interviewed in one of the European headquarters at a superday and it was not overly technical. They asked some basic finance/accounting questions and two slightly more advanced ones regarding the classification of deferred liabilities and the effect of pension on FCF calculation. Hope it helps!

I as interviewed back in 2002 from a liberal arts college so they didn't bother asking me technicals. But I heard recently from someone who interviewed with their restructuring group that it was VERY technical.

I read Melinda Barrow's interview with WSO but I would really appreciate if anyone's gone through their recruitment process before.
