I'm a non target with high GPA and good experience/networking. Still haven't gotten anything past a hirevue haha. FML.
Don't give up hope yet, guys. I'm still in the process too and it has been horrible having to sit through it getting extended/delayed over and over, but most stuff is starting up very soon. Keep prepping for interviews and keeping the contacts updated and things will turn out in your favor. Don't run out of steam yet!
I second this. Personally I took like a month off networking recently and I'm just getting back into it. It was super nice to get a break albeit frustrating that everything is so delayed.

Has anyone considered taking a semester off to re-recruit for next year? I’m considering it
I'm prolly gonna delay graduation by a semester because I was currently planning on graduating a year early. This cycle was awful for me, so hopefully I'll have way better shot next year. Not gonna take a gap semester though.
