What do you guys think the return offer rates will look like for Summer 2022 at BBs? Also, historically speaking, which BBs are known for having the highest return offer rates? Referring to both IB and other FO intern positions.

It doesn't really matter as long as you perform well. There's a bit of self selection in that the people that don't want it or dont put in the effort wont get the offer which accounts for almost all of the people that dont get the offer. The people that put in the effort and don't get it is greater than 0% but not even close to being high at all.
Reading this made me feel so much better. I've been grinding really hard at my internship but I still screw up every now and then. I've been super anxious about getting a return all summer it's driving me crazy lol.
