SA 2024 Help
In the process of recruiting for SA 2024 at a non-target and becoming increasingly frustrated by my results. Networked hard at several big banks and was lucky enough to get in the process with two of them. Got dinged from one process not due to my performance and am on a waitlist at another bank after killing my interviews. It’s getting late and I know most banks are starting to wrap things up. I’ve worked my tail off for the last two years preparing and getting my resume ready for recruitment. I have no leverage with this bank and it seems like it’s too late to get interviews at any of the major banks. Just looking for advice on what to do.
Same boat, idk if I should recruit full for FT when time comes around or enroll in a masters program to recruit for SA25.
Or recruit for consulting for Summer 2024. Then recruit FT for ib if you really want to be a banker
