SA 2025 Interviews Kicking Off (everyone)
Hey,
For those recruiting, here is a quick update on the timeline:
- Interview processes wrapped up for many DEI apps
- Interview processes kicking off for the standard apps
- Most apps closing under a month
- 66 banks have apps open right now
Figured there is some uncertainty going around about SA 2025 recruiting, so wanted to clear the air. The whole process is probs ~1/3 the way complete already lol
Some of my suggestions for those in the trenches:
- Focus on yourself and your timeline (noise about peers getting interviews + jobs will only distract you)
- Unless you really know someone you're reaching out to, put less focus on networking (no one wants to chat with another college kid)
- Master your technicals---you gotta get every question right (use your friends for mock interviews)
- Apply everywhere and apply TODAY (realistically you should have applied as soon as the apps opened ~1 month ago)
