SA 2025 is OFF TO THE RACES

Idk how I always end up talking about this but SA 2025 is off to a HOT start as we approach the new year.

RBC, HL, Roth, and DB (lmao) all released apps alongside a few other smaller boutiques.

Just a strong PSA to all the youngins looking to get their feet wet in banking. Back in my day, this was a post-spring break blackout kinda problem to deal with.

Slide me a pm if you have questions.

Heard Ares was wrapping up process before christmas, no idea if its diverse or non-diverse. This is all from people below my year who are recruiting SA 2025 so its possible that they are exaggerating

It's actually less competitive numbers wise it's just hyper accelerated for some reason. Probably since 4 year degrees are standard there

Cant see how London can accelerate given that 3 year programs are the norm for uni

Do you know the best way to track all of the firms releasing applications? It seems a little difficult sometimes to figure out which firms have already released IB apps.

Heard HL already had diversity Superdays for target school. Not confirmed
