SA after Graduation, Team Doesn't Know

I am a current senior headed to a large independent advisory firm through a direct placement into a (relatively) small team - think real estate IB or activism response.

Last year I re-recruited before the internship my junior year, because I thought I needed an extra semester. However, I will now be able to graduate on time.

This means that I will have already graduated when I start my SA role. None of the team know that I will have graduated. If an SA joined your team that had graduated, how would this effect your preception of them? Do you foresee it changing the likelihood of converting the role into full-time? Theoretically I could start immediately after the summer internship concludes, I'm not sure if that matters or would be considered a benefit.

Background (I don't know if it will be helpful, but more info can't hurt): T50 non-target for this firm, STEM / econ double major, Phi Beta Kappa, internships in wealth management, non-deal team private equity, investment banking at large MM
