Does anyone know anything about Sagent Advisors reputation? I know its a boutique - would you take offers there before most MM?

Depends on the MM, nevertheless Sagent is a good firm with a good reputation. They have their niche, but have worked with some notable brands.
I was under the impression they only had two offices. Chicago and NYC. Anybody know anything ab recent comp numbers and how they might compare to the street? I heard Chicago office only has 10 people.
I would take an offer from a middle-market investment bank before one from this shop.
