I’m coming in as a 2nd year associate in IB Infrastructure/Project finance. What is a reasonable base, sign on, and bonus range?
Edit - location: New York office of a U.S. regional bank; coming from consulting and have a masters at an Ivy; currently salary base is 170k. This new offer is 165k base + 2k signon + end of year bonus. Is this low?
Depends heavily on the firm and what city its in. Is it BB, EB, MM, or boutique

Thank you! I would say you Salary range from 170k-190k is about accurate for a US Bank 2nd yr Associate. Bonus is very year dependent so hard o give an exact number but ig I would say 90k-120k but again very year dependent. Signon Bonus not too sure about but would say probs 10k, thats typically the analyst signon bonus
Associate sign ons are 40-60 market wide….
