Same salary different country?

Hey guys quick question.

When the IB compensation figures are discussed here and normally refer to the U.S salaries, how does that compared to the same banks in different countries?

Do they adjust it according to cost of living in every country, or does that 100k for instance remains equivalent in each country?

Thanks!
