Schwab TD Ameritrade Deal
Does anyone know which banks and which groups were on this deal? Trying to stay current on big M&A transactions before going into 2021 SA recruiting. Where could I find which groups covered what deals?

Pretty big deal for CS FIG, no?
This was brought up the other day on CNBC, but I thought it was interesting....Schwab announces $0 commissions, TD share price drops, acquisition. Pretty savvy move, I'm assuming there is some accretion that will make up or more than make up for the commissions they're losing out on. They'll also have more flow to sell, seems like a great deal for Schwab.
