Secondary advisory any advice/interview help needed! PE/M&A/IB

Hi, I got an interview coming up for secondary advisory role at a good IB.

Couldn't find much of information online, any tips/advice, what to prepare for would be HIGHLY appreciated.

My current level of accounting/valuation knowledge is good enough for internship interview at IBs for M&A.

But no excel modelling experience before plus I am not sure what sort of industry specific accounting knowledge I should be aware of... any tips? And how do you guys learn modelling on your own for the interview prep if you didn't study finance as your degree?

Thanks a lot! Do you work in the secondary market? That report is very helpful. Do you have any advice on more of technical sides (i.e. what sort of accounting knowledge, how to prepare for excel modelling for someone who's got no modelling experience?)

I was wondering if you can share some of your recruiting experience with this group. I'm very interested in this group and trying to prepare as much as possible. Any expected technical questions or insightful interview tips will be appreciated! Thanks for your help in advance.

(My PM went out so if you can send me a direct message I would greatly appreciate it)
