Junior (and mid-level to senior) investment bankers: Validation of the great liquidity shift to private market secondaries continues unabated, moving full steam ahead. What does this mean? Growth across Private Capital Advisory / Secondary Advisory should impact hiring directly. I am already seeing an uptick in demand for junior roles. Imagine more reputable IBs not already in the mix, will enter the market soon, and try to poach senior talent on the Street.
