Seeking Internships for Freshmen in Investment Banking
I'm a freshman in college majoring in Finance and really interested in pursuing a career in investment banking. I know it's pretty early, but I want to start building experience and skills that will help me break into the field. Does anyone have advice on how freshmen can land internships in investment banking or related fields? Are there specific programs, firms, or strategies I should focus on? And are there any small firms/ bankings that are currently hiring and open to various ages?
