Planning to take the Series 7 soon and was wondering what the actual test was like compared to the Knopman practice exams
I heard the actual exam is much much wordier and more difficult, was wondering if that sounds right

Why are you taking the 7 instead of the 79
Some firms/groups make analysts take 79, 7, and 63
Yup we take the 79 first, then 7 and 63 in that order. At CS they are mandating it for Tech & HC
If the pattern continues it’ll likely be more difficult than Knopman’s exam. My Series 79 was certainly more difficult than the KM tests. Luckily I still passed but Knopman makes you think you’ll pass the exams with ease if you’re scoring well on their tests. That is not the case
