been hearing mixed things about the recruiting timeline. is it true that most bb/eb sf tech is nearing an end? I'm from a semi target (stem background, little to none alumni) on the east coast and i am from cali + has mostly tech startup experience. i've sent a ton of emails to the specific team i apply for but struggling to hear back from eb analysts. realistically should i focus more on east coast tech-adjacent ib positions?
