Should I Be Doing an Study Abroad Before SA?

I'm currently abroad for an exchange program and my SA program (MM) will be right after the semester ends. I'm worried that I'll lose my "touch" especially being in a foreign country and have little interaction with banking via clubs/alumni etc. I haven't touched excel since December and I'm unsure if I really have to practice before since they'll do a training during the first week. When it comes to networking with the analysts, I can't do anything in person, so I'm planning on doing a coffee chat with alumni over the phone a few weeks before but that's it. Am I overthinking it?

Enjoy your exchange, don’t worry. Realistically nothing you do now is going to 100% prepare you. They will train you before your start date and you’ll get back into the swing of things quickly. Just stay updated on market news but don’t waste your exchange worrying about the summer.
