Should I follow up again or will it blowback on me?
A few months ago, I emailed a staffer at an industry-specific group (FIG/REGAL/TECH) about a lateral move. They CC’d the hiring team and directed me to follow up with a specific analyst (also CC’d). I emailed the analyst, followed up again a few weeks later, but still haven’t received a response.
I’m now considering a third follow-up but worry about seeming too persistent. Since the staffer looped in the entire hiring group, I feel stuck—I dont think i should email someone else on the chain because it’s already been a few months and they are all either assoc or Vp, and I don’t want this to reflect poorly on me or the analyst.
I noticed the team posted a new job opening recently, so they seem to be hiring. How should I approach this without damaging my chances?
Ps: i am a An1
