An MD and I had a discussion two weeks ago. He requested the chat. He asked if I can meet him and said he will be inviting me to the invite only events through my school. The issue is that I received an offer in those two weeks and have accepted it. Should I make him aware of this? I just got an invite to this invite only event and I imagine he will wonder where I am. Should I just tell the HR recruiter and leave it at that?
