Should I send a standard follow up email after receiving an early phone offer?
My TD Bank interviewer reached out to me after my super day today and extended an offer. He said he didn't know if the lead recruiter would reach out via phone or email - but he just wanted to let me know.
Now that I received an offer, I'm not sure if I should follow the normal follow-up email process to the other interviewers. I only thanked the interviewer who gave me the offer but I haven't spoken to the rest yet. Should I just wait until the lead recruiter contacts me? Or should I send emails to everyone?
Never hurts to follow up. I would reach out to everyone that I spoke with, no matter how short the conversation. 1-2 lines of "thanks and looking forward to working with you next year" should be sufficient.
Yeah but wouldn't it be weird considering how the formal offer wasn't sent out yet?
Would be 100% strange if you did not receive the full offer. Send them a thank you without alluding to your knowledge of the offer - or wait until you have the offer in hand
