No, the only leadership experience you are allowed to put is President and Founder of 3 clubs that you started in college: one where you travel to Sri Lanka on daddy's Centurion to stop the war of the fishermen, second being the lacrosse/golf/rowing club/varsity team at your college and third being the PE/HF club where you bring daddy and daddy's golf friends to talk about their experience as partners at BX/APO PE or working at a tiger cub.
Anything less is an automatic ding, unless you want shitty bonuses at Citi Bank or want to pitch all day at Nomura.
