Have a friend who is familiar with the Tampa distribution team. Have heard they are heavy hitters when it comes to their industrial niche and are the better / best group at Solomon. Rumor is they have a great culture while still winning / advising on some of the biggest distribution deals in the space. Seem like they stay pretty busy and focused on live deal work. Comp should be top of street, though haven't confirmed it.
