Somewhat Special Situation, What Should I Do?

Hey guys, hope everyone's excited for the holidays. Bit of a hardo question, so please forgive me, but I'm in a pretty standard situation right now that I need some advice on.

GPA - Great, 3.7+ Network - My best asset, have multiple great contacts at top BBs, couple EBs, MMs. Experience - Had a really strong Search Fund Internship this Fall semester, nothing lined up for the Spring.

In terms of recruiting, I'll obviously be looking for Soph internships. But in case I don't get one, my backup is to go to LSE for a few weeks (sponsored by my school) and get that on the resume, take some Finance classes, show well-roundedness, etc.

Is this good enough for SA2021 Recruiting? Or do I really need to be head over heels in finding something for 2020 summer? Keep in mind, my networks are really strong throughout.

Thanks guys!

I would hire PJT RSSG or HL FRG. They’ve got a lot of experience in the area

Edit: give me monkey shit if you want, I don’t care about internet points. Some kid with fine grades, some “connections” at banks and experience working at a search fund isn’t a “special situation” — it’s a run of the mill applicant.
