South Boutique Analyst Comp
Saw a recent post regarding comp in the south (South Florida, Atlanta, Charlotte) for boutique firms but didn't seem to get any responses. Is there a general comp amount (base, bonus, sign-on etc) for some of the smaller boutiques in the south? Firms that are mostly industry specific such as Hyde Park Capital, 7-Mile Advisors, DecisionPoint, etc..

prob near the 90k all in area for some of those with pretty shaky dealflow
I’ve seen 150k range all in at MM firms like Stephens, but have also seen 90-100k at lower tier firms. Would say the average is somewhere around 115-120k all in.
What would be considered "too low" or shady in terms of all-in comp at the lower tier level? Was offered 60 base and 15-20 bonus this week which seems way too low compared to other boutiques in the south.
