SPAC!!

I have an interview coming up with a BB for their Asia office, I want to prep questions to ask the VP. I was thinking of centring the discussion around SPACs. SPACs are yet to become popular in Asia, so there's a lot of potential here. Any suggestions/ideas for other questions/ideas?

Singapore just listed it’s first spac a week (or two?) ago. I would show excitement based on the idea that spacs will tap asian equity markets which have fought for listings in the past, bringing growth opportunities to the region. Pretty cool stuff.

Oblivious if you think SPAC is quiet in China. Please type “Peter Thiel SPAC” on any search engine and you will find at least two Asian SPACs and multiple that got canned cuz china tough on foreign listing now. My advice is to not talk about SPACs at all.
