Speech Impediments and Diversity Hiring

I’m a sophomore at a t10 and am just starting to get into learning about investment banking and have a couple of speech impediments, the main ones being a heavy lisp and small stutter. Am I a candidate for diversity recruiting if they list disabilities? The ADA recognizes them as disabilities but, I never identify as disabled and although they do have a real impact with my life I’ve always felt confident speaking and never let them get in the way. Outside of this I’m just a normal white guy and I would also feel very out of place at like a networking event. Any ideas on what I should do?
