Starting my summer internship at Deloitte Corporate Finance this summer - question about exits/lateral opportunities

Hello, I'll be starting as a summer analyst for Deloitte Corporate Finance in Charlotte in a month. Super grateful to get this offer and have Investment Banking on my resume, but I had a few questions.

1. Should I go through full-time recruiting again after my internship to try and land a better full-time offer, or would I be better off taking return offer for DCF and trying to lateral to different bank/exit to MM PE after working there for a year/two? My goal is to work in NYC

2. If I was to lateral/exit, what do my opportunities look like? Do DCF bankers typically have a easy time lateraling, or would I be better off exiting to PE and then trying to lateral up within buyside

3. Does anyone have info on full-time salary/bonuses?
