How do you guys get in a state of flow? It’s basically a coding term for when you are completely focused on work, you are extremely focused and jamming out work. Do you listen to music, turn off your phone, etc? How has it changed with WFH

State of flow for me comes from a mix of pressure of deadlines and having enough work. I keep the personal phone far away when WFH.
True- I think the deadlines really get me to focus but I always need 5-10 minutes to check my phone and not think about work
