Staying Awake
Working on three different pitches plus a live deal, how do y’all stay awake especially with all them client calls? Not trying to take adderall and coffee doesn’t seem to work anymore.

I got through my first year with caffeine pills — one pill is like 2 cups of coffee which is great
echo the caffeine pill train, it's a game changer. before i even get out of bed i pop 200mg (equals 1 16oz coldbrew from SBUX) - you'll realize that paying for / drinking coffee is for suckers. I can get 200 coffee's worth of caffein in a $10 bottle on amazon, skip the bean water, and am waking up everyday having already had my coffee. I'll never go back. Mix in another 100mg after lunch and maybe 100 more if i get tired around 4-5pm and im good for the day
Do you think you have a tolerance to it? Like are there days such as weekends where maybe you'll have less or even none and you feel more tired than usual? Asking as someone who usually develops a tolerance to things very quickly (my brain is just that smart hehe)
Be careful with these... they're 200mg each and 400 is the recommended max per day. Have seen people start on them thinking they're great, build up a tolerance, and run into health issues taking 3 a day
What kind of health issues? While back I was doing 800 mgs daily.
Love these. First time I look these I was literally shaking, so make sure you don't take too much!
Work amazing when I need to stay up for 48 hour stints, but definitely cannot take for too many days in a row or too much at one time.
Drink lots of water + exercise. Even if it's just quickly doing like 10 pushups to get some blood flowing.
