Worked heavily with those teams. They get worked to the bone. 85% of their MDs are nightmares to work for. Stifel comp is 100k base and the bonus is 20-50k. Terrible compared to rest of street. Stay away
What exactly is your connection with them? Their base is 110k and A1 bonus was ~55k. Standard MM hours as well (70ish /w).
