I had a super day for the Chicago office like 1.5 weeks ago. I thought it went well and had a great conversation with the VP and connected with him with things that weren't even about IB. I contacted HR Friday evening for an update, but have not gotten a response.
Should I just take this as a sign that I didn't get it? Did I get wait-listed?
Sitting on my hands is not a big forte of mine.

i got ghosted after like a month ago after first-round (my interviewer literally told me I would get the super day never did) their hr is horrible.

You haven't been ghosted, you just haven't heard back yet. Don't worry they will call. I am still in the interview process from 2017 with Stifel and all things look up right now.

Another Process Update. I have signed with another bank, but I am still looking for some closure from Stifel
Stifel HR is terrible. I asked for feedback after my super day and they said “no, we don’t have any feedback”
What kind of response is that? It’s like 25% of their job. They could have at least gave me a BS one liner such as “very competitive process, went with candidates more aligned with the role”
That seem to be pretty normal in IB now. I had a schedule interview with HL, and they ghosted me on the interview and never reply back to my request to reschedule the interview lol.
