Based on the most helpful WSO content, Stifel's HireVue process for Summer Analyst (SA) positions typically includes a structured format. For the 2023 SA process, candidates faced 5 questions, with 4 attempts per question, and 3 games at the end. While the exact questions for 2027 may not yet be confirmed, the structure is likely to remain similar.

To prepare effectively: 1. Behavioral Questions: Expect questions like "Why Stifel?" or "Tell me about a time you worked in a team." These are common in HireVue interviews. 2. Situational/Problem-Solving: Be ready to discuss how you handled challenges or made decisions in past experiences. 3. Games: These are often cognitive or problem-solving games designed to assess your mental agility.

If you're looking for more specific insights, keep an eye on WSO threads as candidates often share their experiences closer to the interview dates. Good luck!

Spoke to a junior at KBW specifically and says that while they're under Stifel, they run a separate process. Reviewing HireVue's already, and will continue to do so, but even throughout their own cycles (think 2-4 years ago), KBW always ran later than Stifel more broadly. Take with a grain of salt of course, but seems that KBW is in no rush for now

There was one today, there is one for sure on Thursday - apparently there is one for Wednesday as well. 3 Superdays in one week? How many would they even take? Does anyone have insights??
