A friend of mine started last summer in NYC at 80k base. 2 years ago it was 75k and when I started there 4 years ago it was 70k. I would imagine 85k is probably base now for a first year starting in 2023 in NY/SF/LA
Interesting. Forgot to mention I am in Houston which has a lower cost of living than NY, SF, and those big cities. I estimate it to be around $65,000, but thats why im on here lmao I am trying to figure it out.

yeah I did, more growth here but ultimate goal is a corporate development / strategic finance seat in either F100 or PE backed
I came in as heavy staff (Staff 3, not sure why I was a campus hire with 0 internships) at 95k+5k signing in HCOL for your exact role (BVals).
