Strange Situation....Where do I stand?

Recently attended final round of interviews for FT position at an EB....was told I would hear back within 2 weeks which has now passed and other candidates who also attended have all received rejections already, with 1 receiving an offer and we were told there were 2 spaces. I haven't heard anything. It is holiday season so that might be impacting outcome but is it normal to receive offer after rejections been given out? Where do I stand?

What this guy said. If you are interested and/or ready to accept, I would wait until early next week after the holiday weekend and shoot an early AM email out to a few people you connected with.

Keep it short and direct but don’t sound like a hardo. Demonstrate that you are ready to get started, they are top of your list, and you look forward to hearing from them and staying in the pipeline for future opportunities blah blah blah.

I was in the same boat. The MD running my lateral FT jump was on vaca during my two week wait, hit me back, and I signed a few days later.

Best case you put some pressure on the other guys who may be weighing offers and pull it out from under them. Winner takes all.
