REGL: Great tight knit culture and reputable clients (Carnival and Wyndham come to mind) . Printed marquee deals in 2020/2021 and have had a recent lull in announcements but will eventually come around

Media Comms: Banner year in 2024 for deals and fees. Pure M&A focus provides for a strong learning experience for juniors. Culture can be a bit tougher

Healthcare: Group has morphed with some departures and recent arrivals at the senior level, though these seniors are strong and include heads of biotech and life sciences from PWP and Lazard. Strong client roster and recently advised Pfizer on their activism defense against Starboard

PJT 100%. My only caveat is if there is a very specific team you would like to join on PWP then join that obviously — for example if you love medtech (arguably PWP has the best medtech team in the industry but medtech is a meh vertical) and hate pharma/love fintech/like paper and packaging lol). Also if you didn’t get RX then you’d have an opportunity to do that on PWP if you’re an SA while PJT it’s a different process.

Obv I’m just incoming but I did a ton of research on this.

Any idea on the difficulty / structure / technical of the SD for PJT Strategic Advisory
