Striking out in interviews..can someone help mock interview to figure out what's wrong?

I don't really know what's going wrong..I don't seem to be getting any second rounds..can someone offer some help and mock interview? I'm a junior at a target school who has prior IB experience..I just am not hitting any second rounds..I'm getting nervous about what to do now..can anyone help me out?

Thanks...

Maybe you should start by giving us more information like your GPA, experience, and how you are tailoring your experience to fit the jobs you are applying for.

If enough time comes to pass where many people start to get offers, I'd start shooting for the smaller boutique banks. They wrap things up in March/April.
