Structured credit buy side interview
I have a second round interview for a structured credit analyst position with a large fixed income asset manager. The first round was with an HR person and gave no indication of what kind of technicals to expect in the second round. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should review?
The job description stated that the analyst will help the team with credit analysis and modeling of structured credit instruments. There was no work experience requirement, but they wanted someone with progress towards the CFA and programming familiarity.
I'm not sure if you've seen this thread, it may help https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/structured-credit-analyst-interv…
Great content! This is the best kind of WSO.

What to expect outside of just having a general knowledge of securitized products?
Thanks in advance

I'm in the securitized products space, My interview wasn't very traditional so unfortunately I dont have much advice to share. That being said, I have a bunch of primers that I give to new hires/interns etc, if you want to take a look at a few I can send them over, just shoot me a pm.
Hey, do you still have those primers?
