1st round interviews may be generally broad as opposed to technical. You’ll likely be asked about your interest in the field and why them in particular (so make sure you do thorough research on them). Have your own questions prepared - avoid those very standardized questions that everyone asks if you can. If they bring you in for next round interviews, then make sure you understand general financial modeling and valuation concepts, as well as how to understand the flow of the financial statements of a company. Having no prior finance or accounting experience may make that somewhat of a challenge, but advance preparation goes a long way.
