Stuff that makes your life difficult
Hey, I'm a software engineer looking for problems to solve. What are the most annoying/painful parts of your job? In IB, I've heard that Excel can be a big pain point - has anyone had that experience?

Unfortunately, what we do does take some thought. We already have people in India and Argentina (sometimes Chile) who can do whatever easy data entry work needs doing. We have tons of data resources and plug ins to simplify stuff as much as possible. There are no easy fixes.
