Anyone ever heard of the Suited assessment or had to take one? Received a first round interview and in the email it said to complete this survey. Is this like some of the other personality assessments banks have? Took a quick look at their website and seems to be more tailored to IB job

Completed Suited earlier this week as a part of a 2020 SA application. The bulk of the assessment was a 100 question survey of sorts. All behavioral and pretty straightforward, didn't go into it with a strategy other than trying to answer honestly and quickly. Questions are likert scale style, for example: How much would you agree with this statement... I expect perfection from my coworkers: 1. Sounds a lot like me 2. Sounds like me 3. Indifferent 4. Doesn't sound like me 5. Doesn't sound at all like me I guess they use AI or something to "grade" the assessment.
