Sum-of the parts DCF help!
I need to run a sum-of the parts DCF valuation on a particular firm. Since FCF is NOPAT- Change in Working Capital - Capex + D&A, I need Change and Working Capital for each division of the business.
Do I just calculate change in working capital on a consolidated level, and multiply it by the Revenue percentages (/ whole company) of each division?
