Summer 2021 Bonus Expectations

Monkeys -

We all know that 2021 has been a busy year across the board for many reasons. Across the street, looks like total fee pool is up about 50-60% YTD with no signs of slowing down.

For those of you (mainly analysts) on a summer bonus schedule, how do you think it will impact bonuses? I know that most firms are facing headwinds in other areas, so not necessarily safe to assume that bonuses should be bigger than normal...

Also seems hard to justify keeping Bonuses flat considering fees are higher than ever.

What do you think?
